Our nursery is situated within the grounds of Lennoxtown Primary School and has been part of our community since 2016. We are an extended day and extended year centre, providing a welcoming, nurturing and exciting environment for children from under 2 through to starting school.

Our nursery has dedicated spaces for our different age groups, as well as a nurture space and fantastic opportunities for outdoor learning. We want our children to have the freedom to explore, play, be curious, build relationships and, most importantly, have fun while they learn.

Our team is led by Lauren Brown, Depute Head of Centre, alongside Adam Stubbs, Nursery Teacher, Nicola Hamill and Nicola Gilles, our Senior Early Years Workers, and our fantastic team of Early Years staff.

At Lennoxtown, we believe that nursery works best when children, families and staff work together. Building strong, positive relationships with our families is really important to us, and we want everyone who comes through our doors to feel welcomed, listened to and part of our nursery community.

Everything we do starts with our children. We want them to feel happy, safe, included and confident to be themselves. Our team works hard to recognise each child as an individual, celebrate what makes them unique and give them the experiences, encouragement and support they need to grow and thrive.

Across our school and nursery, we share the values of Safe, Truth, Aspiration, Respect and Support, and these values are at the heart of the relationships and experiences we create every day.
